This guide explains how to locate, view, download, and save your certificates after successfully completing a course.

Step 1: Log In to Your GCJ Learning Account

Before accessing your certificates, make sure you’re signed in to your account.

  1. Open your preferred web browser.
  2. Visit https://gcjlearning.com/.
  3. Click Login.
  4. Enter your registered email address or username and password.
  5. Click Log In.

Once you’re logged in, navigate to your learning dashboard.

Dashboard: https://gcjlearning.com/dashboard/

Helpful Tip: Always use the same account you used to complete your training. Certificates are associated with the learner’s account and eligible completed activities.

Step 2: Navigate to the Certificates Section

Your GCJ Learning Dashboard provides access to your learning activities and achievements.

To find your certificates:

  1. Open your Learning Dashboard.
  2. Locate Certificates in the dashboard navigation menu.
  3. Click Certificates to view your available completion certificates.
  4. Find the certificate associated with the course you’ve completed.

Depending on the dashboard configuration, your certificate information may include:

  • Course title
  • Certificate name
  • Completion date
  • Certificate availability
  • View or download option

Note: If a dedicated Certificates section isn’t available, you may still be able to access an eligible certificate from its completed course page.

Step 3: Find Your Completed Course

If you’re looking for a specific certificate, you can also check your completed courses.

  1. Navigate to My Courses.
  2. Select the Completed tab or locate the Completed Courses section.
  3. Find the course for which you want a certificate.
  4. Click the course title to open its details.
  5. Look for a certificate link or button, if one is available.

A certificate is generally available only after you’ve satisfied the course’s configured completion requirements.

Step 4: View Your Certificate

Once you’ve located an available certificate:

  1. Click View Certificate, Download Certificate, or the certificate link shown on the page.
  2. Wait for the certificate to open.
  3. Review the displayed certificate information.

Depending on the certificate template, it may include:

  • Your name
  • Course or training title
  • Completion date
  • GCJ Learning branding
  • Additional certificate details

Helpful Tip: Check that your name appears correctly on the certificate before saving or sharing it.

If your name is incorrect, review your account profile or contact support for assistance.

Step 5: Download Your Certificate

When your certificate opens, you can save a copy for your records.

On a Desktop or Laptop

  1. Open your available certificate.
  2. If it opens as a PDF, locate the browser’s Download icon.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Choose where to save the file, if prompted.
  5. Save the certificate to your computer.

You can also use the browser’s PDF viewer to print the certificate when supported.

On a Mobile Device or Tablet

  1. Open the certificate using your mobile browser.
  2. Tap the available Download or Share option.
  3. Choose Save to Files, Download, or the equivalent option on your device.
  4. Select a folder or location.
  5. Save the certificate.

The exact options may vary depending on your browser and device.

Step 6: Save and Organize Your Certificates

Keeping your certificates organized makes it easier to access them in the future.

Consider saving them in a dedicated folder such as:

GCJ Learning Certificates

You can organize your files using a naming format like:

GCJ-Learning_Course-Name_Certificate.pdf

This makes it easier to identify certificates when reviewing your training records or sharing your accomplishments.

Helpful Tip: Keep a backup of important certificates in a secure cloud storage service or another personal storage location.

Step 7: Access Your Certificates Again

You can return to GCJ Learning to access available certificates associated with your account.

To find them again:

  1. Log in to your GCJ Learning account.
  2. Open your learning dashboard.
  3. Navigate to Certificates or Completed Courses.
  4. Select the eligible completed course.
  5. Open or download the certificate again.

Certificate availability depends on the course settings and your account’s continued access.

Understanding Certificate Eligibility

Not every course automatically provides a completion certificate.

To receive one, you may need to:

  • Complete all required lessons and topics.
  • Pass required quizzes or assessments.
  • Meet the course’s passing score.
  • Fulfill any additional completion requirements.
  • Complete a course that has certificate issuance enabled.

Once these requirements are satisfied, LearnDash can make the associated certificate available.

Important: A course marked Completed doesn’t necessarily include a certificate. Certificates must be configured for the relevant course or assessment.
