Helpful Tip: Your dashboard may vary depending on your membership type, such as General User or Franchisee.
Step 2: Access Your Learning Dashboard
Your GCJ Learning Dashboard is your central location for monitoring training activity and learning progress.
Depending on your enrolled courses and account permissions, you may see the following sections:
| Dashboard Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Learning Overview | Displays a summary of your overall learning activity. |
| Continue Learning | Shows courses you’ve started but haven’t completed. |
| Completed Courses | Displays courses you’ve successfully finished. |
| Not Started Courses | Lists enrolled courses you haven’t started yet. |
| My Learning Paths | Shows your progress across structured training programs. |
| Certificates | Provides access to certificates earned from eligible completed courses. |
These sections help you quickly identify your progress and decide what to work on next.
Step 3: Check Your Overall Learning Progress
The Learning Overview section provides a summary of your training activity.
Depending on the dashboard configuration, it may display:
- Total Enrolled Courses: The number of courses assigned to or enrolled by your account.
- In Progress Courses: Courses you’ve started but haven’t completed.
- Completed Courses: Courses you’ve successfully finished.
- Not Started Courses: Courses you have access to but haven’t begun.
- Overall Progress: A percentage representing your completion progress across enrolled courses.
Understanding Your Overall Progress
If your dashboard includes an overall progress indicator, it helps you understand how much of your enrolled training you’ve completed.
For example, if you’re enrolled in five courses and have fully completed three, you’ve completed 60% of your enrolled courses.
Note: Your actual dashboard progress percentage may be calculated differently if it includes individual lesson or topic completion.
Step 4: Track Progress in Individual Courses
GCJ Learning uses LearnDash to record your progress as you complete course activities.
To check your progress in a specific course:
- Navigate to My Courses from your dashboard.
- Locate the course you want to review.
- Check its progress indicator or completion status, if displayed.
- Click the course title or Continue Learning button to open the course.
- Review the completed and remaining lessons.
Understanding Course Progress Indicators
Courses may display a progress bar or percentage to help you visualize your completion status.
For example:
- 0% Complete: You haven’t completed any required course activities.
- 25% Complete: You’ve completed approximately one-quarter of the tracked course requirements.
- 50% Complete: You’re halfway through the tracked requirements.
- 75% Complete: You’re approaching completion.
- 100% Complete: All tracked course requirements have been completed.
The percentage depends on the course structure and its LearnDash completion settings.
Helpful Tip: Make sure to click Mark Complete when required after finishing a lesson or topic. Simply opening a lesson may not automatically mark it as completed.
Step 5: Continue Courses You’ve Already Started
The Continue Learning section helps you quickly return to courses that are currently in progress.
To resume your training:
- Open your GCJ Learning Dashboard.
- Locate the Continue Learning section.
- Find the course you’d like to resume.
- Click Continue or the available course link.
- Return to your next incomplete lesson or topic.
Your previously recorded progress remains associated with your account, allowing you to continue your training across sessions.
Helpful Tip: Check your Continue Learning section regularly to avoid leaving courses unfinished.
Step 6: Monitor Your Learning Paths
GCJ Learning also provides structured Learning Paths that group related courses into organized training programs.
Learning paths help you build skills progressively and complete training requirements in a recommended sequence.
How to View Your Learning Path Progress
- Navigate to Learning Paths or My Learning Paths from your dashboard.
- Browse the learning paths available to your account.
- Select the learning path you’d like to review.
- Check its progress indicator and completion status.
- Click Continue or View Details to access the next available training activity.
Understanding Learning Path Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not Started | You haven’t started any courses within the learning path. |
| In Progress | You’ve started at least one course, but the learning path isn’t fully completed. |
| Completed | You’ve completed all required courses included in the learning path. |
Your learning path may also display a progress bar showing how many courses you’ve completed out of the total.
Example: If a learning path contains four courses and you’ve completed two, your course-completion progress for that path is 50%.
Step 7: Review Your Completed Courses
Once you’ve finished all required course activities, LearnDash can record the course as completed.
To review your completed training:
- Open your learning dashboard.
- Navigate to Completed Courses or My Courses.
- Locate the completed course.
- Review its completion status.
- Open the course if you’d like to revisit available learning materials.
Completed courses help you keep track of your training achievements and identify the skills you’ve already developed.
Step 8: Check Your Earned Certificates
Some GCJ Learning courses provide certificates after successful completion.
To review your certificates:
- Navigate to the Certificates section of your dashboard, if available.
- Find the certificate associated with your completed course.
- Click View Certificate or Download Certificate, if provided.
- Save a copy for your personal records.
Important: Certificates are only issued for courses configured with certificate requirements. Completing a course doesn’t automatically guarantee a certificate.
