For example, a learning path may contain several courses that must be completed to develop a particular set of skills.
You can review available learning paths through your dashboard, depending on your account access.
Helpful Tip: Learning paths are useful when you want to follow a recommended training sequence rather than selecting individual courses.

Navigate to My Courses.
Check all available course status filters.
Refresh the dashboard page.

Progress & Certificates
You can monitor your learning progress through your GCJ Learning Dashboard.
To check your progress:
Log in to your account at GCJ Learning.
Navigate to My Learning Dashboard.
Locate the Learning Overview or My Courses section.
Review your enrolled courses and their completion statuses.
Check the progress bar or percentage displayed for each course, if available.
Your dashboard organizes courses into three main statuses:
Not Started: Courses you haven't begun.
In Progress: Courses you've started but haven't completed.
Completed: Courses you've successfully finished.
You can also monitor your progress across structured learning paths through the My Learning Paths section.
Helpful Tip: Visit your dashboard regularly to stay updated on your training progress and identify courses that still need to be completed.
Your course progress may not update if a required lesson, topic, or quiz hasn't been completed or recorded successfully.
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Open the course you're currently taking.
Check whether you've completed all required lessons and topics.
Click Mark Complete where applicable.
Make sure you've submitted any required quizzes or assessments.
Refresh the course page.
Return to your dashboard to check whether your progress has updated.
Other possible reasons include:
A required activity is still incomplete.
You haven't achieved the required quiz passing score.
The course requires lessons to be completed in a specific order.
A temporary browser or connection issue is preventing the updated status from displaying.
Helpful Tip: Simply opening or viewing a lesson doesn't always mark it as completed. Follow the course's completion instructions to ensure your progress is recorded.
If your progress still isn't updating, contact GCJ Learning support or your administrator.
A course is considered completed when you've successfully fulfilled its required learning activities and completion conditions.
To check your course completion status:
Log in to your GCJ Learning account.
Open My Learning Dashboard.
Navigate to My Courses.
Select the Completed tab or locate the Completed Courses section.
Look for the course you recently finished.
If the course appears under Completed, its completion has been recorded.
Depending on the course settings, you may also see:
A Completed status label.
A progress indicator showing 100%.
A course completion date.
A certificate link, if the course offers one.
Important: A progress bar reaching 100% doesn't always mean every completion requirement has been satisfied. Some courses may require additional quiz results or other conditions before LearnDash records completion.
If your completed course offers a certificate, you can access it through the available certificate link.
To download your certificate:
Log in to your GCJ Learning account.
Navigate to Certificates or Completed Courses from your dashboard.
Find the course you've successfully completed.
Click View Certificate, Download Certificate, or the available certificate link.
Wait for the certificate to open.
Use your browser's download option to save the certificate to your device.
LearnDash certificates are commonly provided as PDF documents, which you can save or print for your records.
Helpful Tip: Keep your downloaded certificates in a dedicated folder so you can easily access them whenever needed.
Note: Certificates are only available for courses or assessments configured to issue them.
If you've completed a course but can't find its certificate, there may be additional requirements or access conditions.
Common reasons include:
The course doesn't offer a completion certificate.
A required quiz or assessment hasn't been passed.
The course hasn't been officially marked as completed.
You're logged in to a different GCJ Learning account.
The certificate link isn't available in the current course or dashboard configuration.
How to resolve the issue:
Open your learning dashboard.
Confirm that the course appears under Completed Courses.
Review the course requirements to ensure everything has been completed.
Open the completed course and check for an available certificate link.

Important: Creating a standard GCJ Learning account does not automatically grant Franchisee membership.
If you believe you're eligible for franchisee training but don't have access, contact your GCJ Learning administrator.
You may be unable to access franchisee training because your account doesn't have the required membership or enrollment permissions.
Common reasons include:
Your account is assigned to the General User membership instead of Franchisee.
Your Franchisee membership hasn't been activated or assigned.
The requested course hasn't been assigned to your account.
The course requires additional enrollment or approval.
You're logged in using a different GCJ Learning account.
How to resolve the issue:

Log out and sign in again.
Check whether your assigned courses appear under My Courses.
Contact your administrator to verify your membership and course access permissions.

To check your progress:
Log in to your GCJ Learning account.
Open the Franchisee Dashboard.
Navigate to My Courses, Learning Overview, or My Learning Paths.
