General User
Standard accounts are intended for individuals who want to explore available courses and learning resources. New public registrations are intended to receive General User membership.
Franchisee
Franchisee accounts may have access to additional training programs, learning paths, and resources specifically designed for franchise operations.
Franchisee-only content requires the appropriate membership permissions. Creating a standard account does not automatically grant access to restricted franchisee training.
